This guide was created to help fellow marketers.
Prior to Intercom, much of my career was in early-stage tech startups, including my own company I co-founded in 2014. During that time I relied heavily on resources to help inform decisions, learn new tactics, and generally stay on top of the ever-changing tech landscape.
That’s why I wrote this guide, to provide others working in this exciting new space some insight, even if it’s just to avoid the same mistakes I made.
This guide is not a perfect playbook for success, it simply details the process and strategies used to launch and grow our partner marketing program and a compilation of lessons learned along the way. It does get a bit wordy (not surprising if you know me), but the context and detail are important, so I recommended giving it a full read.
